CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. What to expect-I will attempt contact within 30 min of the start of an appointment when a no-show occurs. Failure to communicate will result in the card on file being processed for the 50% no-show fee. I endeavor to keep a balance of empathy and protecting my business, communication goes a long way in doing so. Thank you for your understanding.
